# What is PreQuilt?!?

PreQuilt is an online software application that helps you design, visualize, and make your quilts. We believe that you're more creative than you think and we hope that PreQuilt can be a valuable tool in your creative toolbox.

Use our time saving features (like Fabric Links tags, randomization, solid fabric color cards, fabric calculator, printed fabric swatch importer, and more) to quickly visualize and plan your next quilt!&#x20;

All you need is the internet and a browse&#x72;*\**! Simply go to [prequilt.com](https://prequilt.com/) and you can access the software. That means you can use PreQuilt on a computer, laptop, tablet, or even your phon&#x65;*\**. PreQuilt works on PCs and Macs and you can even be logged into multiple different devices at the same time.

No! Never. Because PreQuilt is a website-based software, everything is saved in the cloud and you don't download the application. Every new feature or improvement is uploaded to the website so that you always have the newest version any time you login.
