## <mark style="color:blue;">All About the Fabric Calculator</mark>

We're extremely happy and proud to announce that we now have fabric calculations in PreQuilt! This feature is automatically included for both Basic and Market plan subscribers.

Fabric calculations will be available for all of **your** designed quilts. If you created it in PreQuilt, then you will be able to have PreQuilt calculate the amount of fabric you'll need. This feature will **not** work for digital coloring pages offered by pattern designers. Please buy the pattern for that information.

This 1.0 version includes the following fabric calculations:

* Overview
* Individual Block Breakdown
* Quilt Top Breakdown
* Quilt Backing
* Quilt Binding
* Fabric Cutting Diagrams

## <mark style="color:blue;">The Fabric Calculator Button</mark>

We've redesigned the central, vertical control panel to include the Fabric Calculator button. It is now located underneath the Fabric Randomizer button. Once you click on it, your fabric calculations will open on a separate tab.

**Note**: You do not need to have the quilt top completely designed before using this feature. Feel free to peak at your fabric needs whenever you're curious.
