Length for the quilt binding is based on the overall dimensions of your quilt binding from the PreQuilt application.
On the Binding tab, you can input some preferences for your quilt binding and PreQuilt will offer you the yardage necessary as well as a visual cutting diagram for your binding fabric.
You can input the following variables:
Binding width of fabric (WOF)
Width of your binding strips
